Shipping Policy

We strive to process orders as soon as possible, generally within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. If you registered for an online account with us, you can check the status of your order by going to your account after logging in on our website.

During holidays or sales, our order processing speed may slow down more than usual due to a high volume of orders or shipping problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Unless stated as shipping included, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We may offer flat rate shipping within the U.S. only, displayed at checkout.

Shipping options along with estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, or is in the process of shipping, your account on our website will have a tracking number, or, you may receive an email notification (which may be in your spam folder) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Unless stated otherwise, the carrier that is used is USPS, so please enter your tracking number on USPS tracking webpage to check the status of your package. Please allow 48 hours or more for the tracking information to become updated on USPS.
